The golf carts all ready for the 2007 Friendship Scamble!
Each spring, many Boise area individuals and businesses donate time, money, goods and services to help create an event that is one of the best of its kind: The Friendship Scramble. The part that each participant plays whether player, sponsor, volunteer or event staff is crucial to our ability to continue helping make a difference in the life of a young person. For twenty- one years we have honored a single recipient fighting a life threatening illness. The golf tournament itself, is a one-day event, held in mid-May. The format consists of a four-person scramble and a day filled with food, drink, friendship and the opportunity to meet and talk to our chosen recipient. The reality that there is never a shortage of possible names is one of the strongest motivating factors we have for continuing to run this worthy event each year. And yet this could not be possible without the support we receive, year after year, from our supporters.
